When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be ship within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships you will receive a ship confirmation email with the tracking number. Shipping normally takes 2 to 5 postal business days via the USPS first class mail.

All items are made in custom designed and handmade in Africa. With that in mind please understand that production to shipping from Africa (primarily West Africa – Ghana & Nigeria) to the United States can take up to 10 -14 days for custom or pre-orders. These items will then follow the process of production for shipment to you within the timeframe of 1 to 3 business days and the postal business days of 2 to 5 days.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

What if I have not received a confirmation email?

Please make sure you have checked your junk or spam folder for the confirmation email. If you still believe you have not received it, please feel free to contact us at repafriqueofficial@gmail.com and one of our customer care team members will be able to help you.
